Jos Dudgeon, LEED AP BD+C, has been involved in building since 1973 when he began his career constructing affordable housing for southern Georgia's rural poor.

From a sole owner/operator to founding a residential renovation and building firm employing 46 people, he has been able to gain valuable construction and design knowledge and put hands on experience to all aspects of a project.

While building in Baltimore County, Maryland, he was twice Director of the Home Builders Association of Maryland (HBAM), founder and twice President of the HBAM Remodeler's Council, listed as one of 'Remodeler Magazine's Big50™' remodelers nationwide, and recipient of the HBAM Remodeler of the Year award for projects exceeding $250,000.

He has acted as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice on matters concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and housing design for the disabled.

As a member of the United States Green Building Council and certified LEED AP he has expanded his expertise to include sustainable design, construction and retrofitting.
